I wonder what happened to this guy. His Patreon's still up with 53 paying members, but his last post was in June, last year. I wonder if he's alright.
They updated the game recently. Not sure why they haven't posted anything, but the lack of patreon support is probably at least part of the reason that development is taking so long. The quality is very good, so you won't hear any complaints about development time for me. It'll come when it's ready.

The abandoned tag has been there for a while. The updates have large intervals between releases, so between that and the lack of posts from the developer, it makes sense it'd be there.
the "update" was just posting the patreon version that has been out for the last year. none of the other links have had any activity since around may of last year
This game systematically goes comatose for very long periods of time then drops updates after ages. Keep it in the back of your mind, but it's fair to assume it's dead.
