Hahaha, alright, you judge a book too fast by its only cover. Not here to throw hate or anything, but the fact that you're claiming to have 3 years of experience is a lie as clear as day to anyone that has any experience with AI generation.
1) Using well known characters for your prompts shows your lack of experience with AI image generation, as it's an easy, foolproof way to ensure consistency, without putting any effort or brainpower into it. If you want to make AI art for a game, at least be able to consistently create your original characters.
2) Lack of proper shading, proper lighting imposition and effects. You just generated the images and called it a day. You didn't run any tools to improve the result, you didn't run any extra passes with after detailer, you didn't put any effort.
3) You're running a basic model, probably downloaded straight from civitai, without any finetuning or personal merge.
4) You seem to avoid having hands on your samples and ingore feet 100%. This shows insecurity towards your generations and lack of prompting know how. And that's not even getting into how all your samples are super basic, non-dynamic poses.
I consider myself a newbie/amateur when it comes to AI image generation, yet, just so it doesn't seem like I'm talking outta my arse... here's some of my work:
Some of my generations of girls from my beloved GFL2, that I made for myself:

Can you notice the difference in the quality, details, lighting, shading, dynamic poses and etc? And those I did for fun, not spending more than around 15 minutes per image, including fine tunning and running optimization processes for feet detail, nails, lips, sweat, etc.
Now, here's an example from a comission that I actually got paid for, a img pack (I'm not posting all of them lol) of Raikou from FGO with a blacked NTR theme.

Here are some more, this time zoomed in and with extra processes for details and shading, during a BJ scene where the client asked me to make it look like she was talking a selfie:

And here are a few more, after the client asked me to make her wear a cow-print bikini:

An example of other poses the client asked me for:

And here are a few very specific shots the client asked for the end of the pack:

Again... I consider myself an amateur/newbie when it comes to A.I img generation, and I only have around 1 year of experience, pretty much only doing it as a hobbie and during the weekends. Though, I do make some cash with it... sometimes.
All in all... I don't think you are experienced enough with A.I img generation to be wanting to work in gamedev... But you do you, I guess.
Sorry for the long post... although, I pretty much only do long posts here.
First of all, in this thread I wanted to show the styles (artstyles) I'd like to work with, the intention was not to show more complex scenes/poses.
Second, this is not even the full portfolio - the full one I send only to people who look serious about this.
1. I have like hundreds if not thousands of original characters so far, but people want to see more fanart - you should know that. I train LoRAs for my characters to ensure 100% consistency.
2. I let people decide whether they like the results or not. And as I said I think I'm not obliged to show everything in this single post. Interested people can give a message for more images/complex stuff. One guy just legit stole from my samples an original character of mine because I wasn't comfortable working on his project and I told him that from the beginning.
3. Big lie, it's a personal merge of mine.
4. Believe what you wish, I'll say once more that my point was for people seeing these to get to know the styles.
If you don't believe me, you can ask yourself the devs I'm working with. And I really don't need you to believe me anyway, because I know what I'm capable of and people who contacted me know the same.
Honestly you can think what you want, I don't mind, but it's not nice to judge someone by a little examples you saw.All in all... I don't think you are experienced enough with A.I img generation to be wanting to work in gamedev... But you do you, I guess.
I mean you're better off going into AI slop games threads and leave negative reviews there.
Good luck have fun!
