FGO added alternative versions of characters, sometimes they are even a different class this is rider Artoria, as for the boobs the lore reason is that excalibur stopped her aging, this version of Arotoria yeeted exalibur for some godly lance, so she aged properly and wasn´t stuck at like 17 or something

yea, it is a Fate parody, and Artoria has tits cus this isnt the saber Artoria were used to, its lancer Artoria, shes basically an alternative version of herself, where instead of using the sword Excalibur, which stopped her aging, she used the lance Rongominiyad instead, and so her body matches her age
I speed ran the Camelot lostbelt, it pissed me off so much after the Modred fights... Np spamming b*tch. lol
It's pretty much just a string of looped animations with 5 minutes of story to justify it.
