Thanks for the feedback!
As for the "longest car in the world" - I assumed that sports cars have a rather small rear window. Here's an example:

I can't quite imagine what it looks like from the inside in reality.
And as for the ear - here's how it was originally from EasyDiffusion:

Yes, there really is something to fix.
Perhaps we've already "blurred our eyes" and simply overlooked it
(this scene was one of the last to be added)
We will try to do better in the future!
Ok, that's even more concerning, your original picture looks better than the redone one.
The eyes are looking in the same direction, there is no exaggerated shadows, the mouth looks more natural.
Did you pay the "artist"" that redid your images?
Because if you did, I fear you got scammed and they just put your original images in another AI.
And if it's a friend, I'm sorry to say, but they are not up to the task.
You should try to install stable diffusion (or any other good image generator) and find a model and LORAs that suit your taste, you'll honestly get better results. And eventually find an artist to redo the eyes and hands (hands are the biggest quality breaker with AI generated images).
People will always complain (me included) that a dev used AI, especially if there is no quality control (bad hands, bad eyes, obvious AI artifacts and other weirdness).
I'm not really criticizing the image in itself (even though it is criticizable), but when I say the end result after a human applied changes is concerning, I really mean it.
But good luck with your project anyway, don't let what I say discourage you.
