Here's my favorites of all-time on a tier list.
(Note: This will be evolved if I find new ones I enjoy alot)
My criteria: Depth of gameplay, art quality, quality writing, fetish fulfillment and completion. My favorite fetishes are: Pregnancy (Strongly prefer non-game ending), Corruption, Harem, Monster Girls, Yuri/Lesbian, Futanari, Trainer/Management and Character Creation. Least favorite: Ryona/Excessive violence, "First Person NTR" (The game makes YOU feel NTR'd) and Scat/Piss (Scat and Piss arent deal breakers though). Bad MTL can make me laugh, so I dont take points off for that. There is a chance I have missed one you may really like, for example I have not tried the much beloved "Being a DIK" game, I just dont feel it along with WMU, even though they have some elements I approve of. If you feel I have missed one I may really enjoy, let me know.

Harem Hotel
What would a list from me be without this game and I will mention it first, simply a masterwork of what a porn game could be and with pregnancy a promised addition, I look forward to the day I make Ashley preggers. It is heavily reliant on it's Honey Select 2 groundwork, but despite this, it is THE perfect game. Maria and The Android were once mid-level and forgettable characters, then were re-written and are now top-tier characters themselves. Boring semi-open world? Runey adds roming and you can find fun tidbits in game. You can even say you forget that it is pretty running on borrowed HS2 assets, but with a colorful and vibrant cast with an endless selection of best girls and stellar writing from Runey, it's the best Harem game that gives you everything you want from genre and then he will go out and fix the kinks in the armor. BEST WRITING.
Trials in Tainted Space
Let me just say this, yeah, its not perfect but it checks alot of boxes. It really needs to work on finishing Steele's tale before adding another side scene off the beaten path that takes you travelling to a side area that isnt along the main path to do that requires you jumping through hoops, or waiting X days to do. Best FLASH game. On HTML, not so much.
Lilith's Throne
See TiTS x 10. Enough orange ballsacks. Finish the main story. Stop stalling. There is more than enough fetish content for Patrons and more isnt needed, they can cope. That content, is what puts it here on my list. This and TiTS do transformations, pregnancy and character creation PERFECTLY and thats why they are here. There is alot of self-management here too. Good side quests, along with TiTS make this a fun game BUT both skeletons need more muscle and fat. TiTS has finally been working towards completion more and its time Innoxia cuts the crap and joins the frey. Really has an epic ending building and could surpass HH if it ends as I hope with a Mass Effect 3 style choice option end, but without sucking. Best on JAVA.
Ravager
When I started this, I wouldnt have imagined placing this here but it belongs. It's a game with a cornucopia of great things happening. First of all, I know I am a big fucking dragon as a protag and it... doesnt matter. Yeah. I mean that. Second, your BFD is given a wonderful harem of completely off their rocker characters devoted to you for being you (Darja) and pleasant surprises that you NEVER expected to happen the way they did (Heloise the Inquisitrix) and many more from a hilarious drunk to a femboy gobbo to neko twins and things in between. You are given freedom to do as you please. Be a savage beast or prove you are above it all and overcome your bestial nature OR do things in-between. NPCs even come alive in this game and feel worthy to get to know. Also, you get armies to do as you please with. On Renpy. Yeah. All done on Renpy. With Handdrawn art. What a game, what an experience this is and now you can play the first 4 chapters for free.
Good Girl Gone Bad
Wonderful hand-drawn self-corruption game featuring numerous pathways and incredibly fun and interesting side characters. My only ending was as a sex-positive model as I missed out on the star of the show, Jasmin (a well-written black herm girl). Best ARTWORK, but not by much. Best completed game I have played so far. Jasmin was "extra content" no less and I liked her the most.
Tomie wants to get married
Take a girl living in a dystopian society that treats women--- poorly--- and have her try to move about life from day to day. Your personal choices can lead to some bad to horrible things happening, not to the level of LonaRPG, but some pretty bad shit. Women are pretty commodities to exploit in this game and Tomie doesnt really ever question this. You do your best to get her what she wants. To be married to a nice guy that treats her right and brings her happiness, but nothing is all that it seems. Also, pretty innovative mechanics to advance days. Corruption gameplay is damn good here. Pregnancy bad end without being able to find a guy with a kid or find an outcome with a kid, takes it down a peg. Still, happy to have help Ollane through most of development/the pandemic. Money well spent imho.
Vae Victis: Conquer, Ravish, Breed.
An excellent kingdom management sim that morphs into harem management as well as you add rulers of your conquered lands to your side as your harem. Big ups for having a sexy non-stereotypical black female harem option. Total death by snu snu she is--- and what I saw is from an older build. Doorknob has since added MORE, including Gobbo waifus. It just keeps getting better.
Inner Growth
Great and very sexy FUTA demon girl protag who comes with a pre-given pregnant BY YOU sexy dark elf waifu then you get a sexy tattooed girl pimp waifu and succubus waifus as well. HELL YES! Wild plot that feels set up to give a wildly fun protag moar top tier waifus than anything else as it should be. Still has more to add and update (if it completes, it stays!) and if the ending doesnt involve you dethroning, dominating and subsequently breeding your mother to pregnancy who you NTR'd, the Demon Queen, I'll be GREATLY disappointed.
Life with a Slave: Teaching Feeling
When I started this, I didnt know what to expect. What I got was a precious girl that needs love, healing, attention and pretty dresses. "My Dress-up Loli Sex Darling" with burns and a dark and sordid history. An experience that must be done for anyone who likes management/trainers. Best TRANSLATION.
President Yukino
My favorite NTR game. You start as the book smart/street stupid Yukino and you can either keep her pure by any means necessary or just throw caution to the wind and turn her into the degenerate she was meant to be. Only flaw: No pregnancy. Wolf RPG > RPGM.
Bad Memories
Favorite LGBT game as there is a 100% no dicks lesbian path. Very refreshing. The male path is fun as well, but the lesbian path is what sets it apart. Well written story by another excellent writer. Best LGBTQ game. Still updating too.
Love and Sex: Second Base
Fantastic sandbox dating sim game filled to the brim of lovely dating interests and some of the girls are obvious direct references to characters like Shiori being an obvious take on Kawakami of Persona 5 and your boss Aletta being a near twin in appearance and character to the Warden from Prison School and even more references to make your head spin. Plus an excellent Yandere (Kylie) that should be Stalker Seducer approved no less. Also, big respect for the Ayesha character as a whole from what I saw. Within it, he also gave one of the best descriptions of wrestling to a novice viewer I have ever read. There are too many reasons to gush about this so here goes my negatives: "Mike" the MC is a real wimp that can be a cringe inducing Nice Guy (TM) at times. Dev inserting his "anti-SJW" hottakes within the game sporadically including calling Aletta a "feminazi" in dialogue for example. To me, I see a Summertime Saga with a somewhat better looking chad thundercock MC and better gameplay with amazing artwork. Potential no dick Lesbian playthrough as Bree possible but still being completed, which make this a BETTER Saga overall than Dark Cookie's mea culpa.
