Asking for feedback on this Stealth/Tactical game concept

Hi, I wanted to gather some inputs on this game concept. It's something I'm looking forward to make, but I'm asking your opinion on it first while it's still in the prototype phase.


The game is a top-down stealth game, where you play as a lustful stalker whose interests are celebrities of different kind and your objective is to pursue and catch these "targets" essentially. You'll have to maneuver through the map, usually a building, to reach the desired target without getting caught using different tactics. Depending on the success of the mission and the completed side-objectives, your reward is fucking the celebrity which will be depicted through images and text. You can collect various additional scenes based on what you've found in the building on the way. Also, it will only contain fictional celebrities, but I will introduce sections where you can find out who they are.

I'm also considering doing a lighter version in addition, changing the non-con element to something friendlier because I know it's a divisive thing. Something like your quest is to free the celebrity, or you're her secret lover.

So let me know whether you like this concept, or if you have any ideas/opinions about it.

To add a few more details, the inspiration comes from Hitman games, so players will get some freedom on how to proceede on the maps. The adult content will mostly come after the gameplay which serves as a lead-up, and can shape the story, but some scenes will be set to reveal during the gameplay too.
The game will feature several girls as targets with their own maps and stories, etc.

I'm interested in your thoughts because this game concept separates the gameplay and adult content to a degree, and focuses mainly on fantasies in the dom/predator-prey/rape kink realm.

But to answer the actual question, the concept seems interesting and something I don't think I have heard of before. By the description I'm assuming all the encounters will be non consensual though? So long as the game play is actually interesting and not a slog to get through but also not overly difficult for a porn game, a very fine line to walk, I don't see why people wouldn't be interested in this.

The concept is nothing new, classic Rapelay, Sexy3D mechanics. So your execution alone will tell how good the game will actually be.

But based on your description:
+ I like the stealth gameplay element.
- Really don't like the prototype that heavily implies text-based + AI art.

Overall, I'm curious to check but have zero expectations.

Thanks for the input! Yeah, by design, the encounters will be non-consensual, but essentially, it only comes down to the depiction. It wouldn't be hard to transform the situations to make the girls secretly wish to be handled by this notorious guy who only wants to get close to them initially, or something. Kinda silly, but I can work it out, I believe, as an alternative version.

I'm happy that it's interesting for you. My aim for the gameplay is to be engaging and polished, and not just a chore only to get to the good parts. I know difficulty is not really favorable in a porn game, so I'll try to design around that.

Also, I agree with you that best games come from your own passion, and not from others opinions, however, as someone who is passionate in making games and creating content in general, a lot of my enjoyment comes from letting others play with it and engage with it. Therefore, making a project that interests people has an effect of driving me more to make it better. I have a lot of other ideas besides this one that I would look forward to make, so asking others opinions is just for deciding which one is worth it. Similarly, there is a large group of subjects that I'm not interested in making btw, even if a lot of people like it. So this is why I made this post.

(Oh, and it also reduces the anxiety of showing off later something that was long in the works, haha.)

The stealth will be top-down real-time gameplay, and the adult part will be the illustrations with the narrative. The length of texts and and things like that are not decided yet, I can just as well do a comic book type of imagery for example, but I personally have more fun writing smuts, so that's what I rolled with now. In any case, I will pay attention to the flow and quality, but know this is not everyone's cup of tea, so that's OK. For that matter, what kind of games do you like better?

I think the deal breaker here is the male protagonist rape that's a little too close to real life. Like games where monsters forcefully have sex with you isn't like real life because slime monsters aren't real, and makes it a little light-hearted. But there are actual stalkers in the real world.

The 'lighter' version just turns into general male protag goof.

Love the top down gameplay and genre, your taste in games are great, i still want to play the hitman trilogy and with freelancer i hope in the next year or so i can get hitman 3's campaign standalone
That said, and as i have seen above, i would like less of that text based stuff for the scenes
Maybe you could add your own artwork if possible and have the "beating the level" be the lewds, perhaps even adding customisation by the player i.e replacing image for each level with their own from their pc
