[BB][Size:5][Visual:3] Deserves a mention. It is now in it's full early access. Has some excellent Ass Expansion scenes, with one of them getting gigantic. It does feature multiple other transformation types; BE, lip growth, mental changes, full body inflation, shortstackification, bimbofication, gothification, and others.

Thanks, yes it is quite barebone, hard to find games decent enough to add to the list. To be honest, Stable Diffusion and Virt-a-Mate are both the tool I rely the must for content

Super early days, to the point where I don't even know if this game will stick around, but seems like a relatively clear cut case of ass expansion.
