What does the green written choices ? Because for exemple MC status +1 I understand but not the green choices. (Sorry my english isn't verry good)

Green is the recommended choice by the modder to get the best result with all love interests in one playthrough.

Exactly, honestly Could have been a rather substantial update choicewise and contentwise, sometimes good things take time.
