ps latest update changed a lot internally and now night scenes in chapter 1 no longer work with the patch . ill see if i can fix this in the meantime feel free to PM me if you have anything to help .

i have updated the patch . everything works again if you use the latest version posted here. it will also work on the version posted earler but the hange night scenes will not work . ps make sure you have ran the game atleast once before applying the patch. if incase chapter 2 night scenes do not work check the folder \game\scenario\chapter2\guardhouse_place . if there any "rpyc" files in either the mikasa or ymir folders delete them that should enable them again.

make sure you use the latest version posted here. also make sure you did not select "none" when you launched the game .

The game files are now aosc files instead of rpa... Does anyone know how to extract the images from these aosc files?

No. This are still a RPA (Ren'Py Archive), just modified with a simple suffix change and the key is missing and a lot of other rather time consuming and complicated stuff. They're bonkers!

The original anime was much more hardcore than this game. There, skinless giants ate people. And here, other male characters can't even look at any woman's breast without the protagonist's permission (after all, he's a holy fucker of everything that moves and a defender of women's honor). And the bandits are introduced into the plot to show how they will be beaten just before a possible H-scene (annoying moments). Either make such content or don't do at all, nothing to tease. Maybe it's time to decide what will be in this game? Or add the appropriate scenes or delete the inappropriate tags?

Agree for the most part. The only thing I would say is that rather than necessarily sticking to one, do something similar to the scene with Jean and the Instructor, and make it so the player can decide whether they want a more vanilla/harem game or something more extreme.

I know that this would be more work since you need to make scenes for both routes, but it would avoid the weird middle ground we are at right now, where it feels like they are trying to cater to both sides of players without fully committing to one. In the long run, I feel like it will just lead to more people being annoyed as you stated.

yeah i understood that . the only thing rn that this will prevent is looking at game cgs and scripts . as of rn there are still ways to modify the game thanks to knowledge of the game via older scripts that we still can look into .
