Is this actually finished or was it just bull rushed to the end so the dev could start a new project? Last I checked in on it there was absolutely no build to any kind of ending or even an indication that a proper ending was planned.

Last time I checked the game was promising but nowhere near finished and nothing I see in changelog suggests anything has changed. Except the dungeon stuff nobody cares about.

Finished? Like, how? I mean, unless this update added a metric fuck-ton of new content (which would be great, but I kinda doubt it), how is this anything but an abrupt and unsatisfying cliffhanger?

Plus, hadn't this basically devolved into a minigame collection anyways? Fishing, bartending, mine raiding, dungeon delving. For well over a year now the updates have been padding and navel-gazing. Progression for the princesses basically hit a wall and stopped quite some time ago. I feel like anything other than a complete overhaul and rebalance of the entire experience into a more smoothly flowing narrative progression is just going to the suffer from the 'Duke Nukem Forever' effect; in that the game has been in development too long and will never be able to justify or live up to expectations give that timeframe (over 6.5 years now, if this thread is anything to go by).

I'd love to be proven wrong here, but I'm a bit too cynical to be hopeful at this point.
