Is there a way to replay the scene in Storma with the wolf guy after fixing all the generators?

Sadly doesn't look that way, they however have a very similar scene that is replayable, however you need 30 power crystals to unlock it.
In the temple , second floor on the left after you open the first door with the key from storma there will be another one right in front of it with a book inside, after you collect it you can play it in the far left room downstairs.

This is an insanely good game for what it is. The early, blocky 3D look is a great style choice. Being a Pseudoregalia like NSFW game is a bold move, but the devs make it work really well. Something else I appreciate is when you turn the voice volume to zero, there is no voices at all in game. That might sound dumb, but so many games I've played that have voice acting in it will still make you hear moans and stuff even after setting the voice to zero(if they even have a sound toggle just for voices), not having to mute the whole game just because I don't like the voices the devs put into the game that force me to listen to them in some way is a big deal for me.

You jump onto the building where the first generator is and make some tricky jumps on the windmill blades, after that there are a bunch of monster and more jumping and windmill blades. Keep going up them and you'll find the second generator, keep looking around that area and I'm sure you will find the third one no problem.

Sure. Please have my save file. I think its 100% completed or near. Put that file into

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata\Axyn Adventure

For right now yeah. The newest change log said the last area they added was Storma, so I don't think there is anything past that. Besides small things like the 2 pairs of people having sex or the arcade game you probably did everything in this build if you haven't already.

the one thing i couldnt find (if it even exists) is one sex scene thats on the itchio page with who it seems to be the guy that guards the sherifs door

If you mean this one, that guy is the one standing in front of the fenced off area with the big monster boss in the first town. I don't know when it triggers but if you talk to him again later in the game he tells you the big monster is back and asks you to beat it again, when you do he goes back to his house and invites you over for a date.
