The soccer moms are available after you obtain the Luck skill.
Cheats are not available in the public version only in the patreon version.

Speaking of fixes:

The "Interact with Alexis in the Garden Quest" doesn't work because she is in the BACKYARD at her's and Jake's house. To complete the quest:

1. Let Jake invite you over.
2. Search the house. If the Alexis icon shows she is at the house with Jake but you can't find her, go through the kitchen to the backyard.
3. Advance the time until she appears. This will be random, so you may have to click a time or two or even come back on
another day.
