If you mean sex with big-belly girls, no. Since most actresses never got pregnant and I hate to use generic content, this probably will never happen in the game. Sorry. But pregnancies have some impact on the story, like what happened with Jillian in this version, where many dialogues were based on that.

You need to take a path a little different from the standard path to exit the air ducts. This has already been answered here before, but I'll post the solution here again.

As for saves, you can always use the "save to disk" option. This way, you can have thousands of saves if you wish. And you can rename each one to make it easier to identify them in the future. Example: "Day 25 - Start of the day - Stopped hacker attack, Fight champion, Fucked Nina, Sarah, Nia, Jynx"
