Identify Bad Ending RPGM game

So, basically i just spent over an hour searching for a game that i've played not so long ago. It was kinda old game, made in RPGM. The things I remeber about the game are:
-female protagonist
-8 bad endings
-3, maybe 4 stages
-the place of the game was on some kind of star ship/airplane?
- the stages were basically challenges that the protagonist had to overcome
