Ren'Py - Bad Memories [v0.9.5.2] [recreation]

It has very compelling characters filled with complexity, the pacing flows like a river and the renders are great! One of the greatest thing about this game is it's replayability factor because everytime you play it the characters feels like a breath of fresh air and not tiring at all. It's a great experience and with the end of every episode you'll be stoked to see what's next. What really keeps me intrigued is discovering the mysterious nature of characters and it's also a crucial part where story unfolds.

This game is interesting, the story is still a bit unclear at 0.41 but the behavior and personalities of the girls you meet are clearly what makes this game a 5 stars one.

=== Chara Design :

The best part of the game. And I'm not saying that because of the looks (which are nice and realistic anyway) but mainly because of the great work that has been made on the personalities of each girl. They are all interesting.

=== Story :

It is a piece of life, not really an original one, but a well written one, with some mystery and cliffhangers as the dev likes to say . It might end up a great story, but hard to tell at the moment. Anyway it fits well and you will want to know more. I found the MC interesting as well

=== Sex/Animations :

Very often, games with good story and kinda deep character personalities, comes with a downside which is this section. And... it is not the case here ! Eventhough they are not the best you can find in F95, the animations are still worth your time, the sex scenes relies a lot on the atmosphere of the situation. At the end of a day, not a weak point at all

=== Gameplay :

It is a classic VN with very few choices and interactions. You will have the option to active/shut down some fetish you might like/hate, the author will be clear about them everytime a choice can lead to one of those.
As the story is well paced, girls are interesting, the lack of interaction did not bother me that much, I prefer that than some grindy free roaming.

Overall a nice little game without weak points and a solid casting.

What can i say - playing this game brings only good memories. A well thought script, very intriguing story that keeps you on edge, some very hot scenes that keep your blood pumping. Great game and great adventure!

I loved playing with ellie and the psychologist, I can't wait to see the next version and especially to see even more content with my precious cat-girl and my submissive psychologist.

I also like Rachel when she takes her pills but I don't really like when she hides things from me but I guess it's part of the game

Intriguing... but highly disturbing.
Just kidding, this is a good game, I like the plot and all the characters, there's some mystery involved which I always appreciate, maybe it's a bit fast paced with one character in particular but whatever, we'll see in the future versions what this game has to offer, for now I'm satisfied. This game would be as good if it was a slice of life VN...
I won't write about the quality of the renders because.... if you don't see how great those are, you must be stevie wonder...
the story would seem to be the typical MC returns home after years of absense to his extremely hot family... but during his absence things went sour...
and it wll be up to the player to fix everything and lewd everyone in the process... it's gonna be a hard mission full of roadforks but a smiling Ellie will make it worth the journey.

-Story is quite good. I'm interested to see where it goes. The MC not remembering everything from the past is not my favorite device but it's fine.
-Pretty good sexual content. Makes sense within the story and avoids the structured progression cliches.
-LI's are interesting and varied. Visually they are good not great but that's my taste and I'm sure there are others who prefer that they are a little more realistic than what you see in other games.

I personally dislike playing most adult VN's these days, they all seem so similar and just blend together with all the same tropes, cliches, used assets etc etc but Bad Memories is really worth a shot. The story here is notches above the usual VN and most definitely up there with the best adult VN's going around. The characters feel alive and vibrant and none of them look unrealistic or suffer from outrageous proportions.

The renders/animations are also fantastic also up there with the best of the best no complaints, the only thing holding me back from 5 stars is lack of choices but you cannot have everything I guess. Great job Dev keep it up.

This is really solid, and at present I'd probably hover somewhere between a 4 and a 5.

The renders and models and stuff are all fantastic, I'm so used to having to skip over games where everyone has giant beachball tits... even the "mother" character here has a realistic figure and all the others are great (I like the therapist lady the most).

I mainly liked how abusive it all felt ... the 'mother' hopped up on medication and sorry for past wrongs, the sister having clearly experienced trauma, the friend with a poor home life ... god knows what's going on with the therapist lady that she lets you be like that with her - I'm very interested to find out her dysfunction ... only the girl in the coffee shop do you seem to have fairly normal interactions with ... in fact one of my disappointments is that when he's having dreams reminding him of the abuse that happened to the mother character at the hand of his father you never get to see it.

The only reason I've given it a 4 rather than a 5 is that there's not really any choices ... you get some but they seem to just be a binary of do you want content with this person or not ... given the abusive stuff going on then I'd really like choices about how to treat the various people (and to see if I could push stuff to the extremes).

But it's a real solid game for what's there atm and I'll definitely check back in with it again and hope there's more opportunity to get real dark with stuff.

One of the best adult game in here. it has a great story and graphic. it has many characters with their own unique personalities. when i first heard of this game i didn't expect much but after playing, it really blew me away. it is really well made.

So if you're looking for a game with a decent story and graphic, go for it.

I'll start saying that the only thing that bothered me was that travel didn't seem to do much; at least at the beginning there was only 1 path, so I feel that I lost some 2 minutes doing nothing.

On the other hand, this game has a pretty good writing style, an interesting plot (if a tad forced maybe?) and some VERY cute girls.

I'm seriously loving Katherine, I'm not usually too much into Tsunderes but now I see the appeal. Ellie is very cute as well, and even Jill (the female MC) is too. Regarding Rachel…, I'm not sure. I'm ambivalent about her.

I realy love this game, i realy want to rate it 6 star, i realy wait every update.
The renderer is cool.

The backstory of the girl is well done, and their personality is cool too.

-Rec doesn't make enough money yet to get a second render PC which slows down the production time =(

-Male and Female MC to choose. (More ways to play the game but it takes longer to release a update)

Overall I really love it!
Go play and pay, so we all get more updates sooner

The story is a little rough around the edges, a few typos here and there, and the title/name font is dreadful but then renders are good and the animation is fantastic. I think with a bit of story editing, and a refresh of the dialogue, this could be amazing. Look forward to seeing where this goes.

I think this is a decent game worth giving a try, the renders are good, the storyline is passable. I'm a little surprised by the oddly high number of reviews and number of five star reviews, not sure why this game is warranting either, but I do see some of the draw. Having tried it twice, I'd call it a 3. Maybe bordering on a 4 at parts or if it lines up with your taste in renders or kinks.
I wouldn't go out of my way to play it again but if you read the preview and view the preview pics and you like both you won't be disappointed, give it a go.

This story takes a bit of time to get rolling, but damn is the younger sister worth the wait! Along with her best friend, these are some of the sexiest pairings of personality and looks I've seen. Good shit Rec. Looking forward to the next update.

Wow and I mean WOW!!! Great game. The story here is really good. At first I thought it would be the typical 'Boy leaves family, Boy returns back to family, Boy starts relationship with set family' But it is way more than that. I truly enjoy the characters the MC encounters. Love the whole mystery of the game of who is telling the truth and what is the truth. Gotta say you have me at the edge of my seat waiting to see how the story turns out.

Awesome game so far (0.4), easily in my top 10/top 15 out there.

Story is intriguing with a bit of mystery, girls are hot, not to mention Ellie who is probably the cutest little thing I ever saw in a vn game.

Can't wait for future updates, hoping that the story stays realistic and down-to-earth.

The only complain I have, I would like to see some more "choice&consequences" affecting the plot, maybe in future...?

Very interesting game.

For me, it was totally cringy when played as male MC, and totally nice and sexy with the female one.

There really is a need for perverted female MC, other than one to be corrupted, that is. It was quite an enjoyable experience!

Renders are good, assets are original and the story is compelling albeit without much branching.
