#7 far picture to the right UNDER gallery is locked not sure how to unlock??

FYI for anyone still care:
Get into "Basement\Basement_Data\Data" and find the data"CG".
Open it up by dragging it into an opened notepad, which mine reads [2,1,0,3,4,5].
Change it to [2,1,0,3,4,5,6] and save. Reopen the game and you'll get the #7 scene.

Not sure how you can unlock it in an official way, but this works for me and is good enough.
