Usually means the developer either forgot to put the file in when uploading demo or it was miss-labeled, check the image folder in question and see which one it is. Sometimes you can just rename one to that and it will just work.
This is a bit of off-top, but...
I wonder: do those guys have something else than bodywritting and other abusing fetishes? I mean... therés too many of J-games with such profilization of fetishes.

So this game comes out next year but the bigger question is that is it going to get stuck in MTL hell? This company keeps getting translated games that don't work because of MTL sooooooo
you must duplicate file 0フォグ3.rpgmvp in www/img/parallaxes/ and rename it to fog3.rpgmvp
