You can only get her in the post game. There will be a new area that can be accessed via train. You must reach to the very bottom of the dungeon there and defeat the last boss there. Then Aria will join you.

I do know that they have a twitter, but I don't really remember the name. It doesn't update much either though.

It's @sikosiko1028 but it also hasn't had activity since January. This creator does go radio silent for months while working on a new project but this is the longest he's been silent as far as I'm aware. Hope we get something saying he's okay soon!
