I figured out the strat to beat the game "fairly", still cheese, but not as cheesy as the others. It's ultimately rope-based so... not quite as fun, but the game is extremely unfair.
The main issue with the game is that during later stages(based on orgasms) she spams a lot of hands, which can be hard(or impossible) to block and the can spawn at the edge of the screen which makes them hard to catch. Also, you lose your purchased upgrades after her every stage. The upside is that to farm the points(to unlock or use power-ups) you don't have to make her orgasm. Points are based on health damage. And she doesn't use hand barrage before the first orgasm. So don't let her orgasm! Keep her at the first stage and keep draining her health and farming special points. You will eventually get rope and then she doesn't resist.
If you want less cheesy, just farm up points before the first orgasm for future slo-mo and machine gun touch use and proceed as normal.
