Should be pretty complete.
Not that I can say with any definite certainty.
At least it says "EA release", which could also mean 'almost complete, but good enough for now'.

FYI Here is newer

You must be registered to see the links

from January 2024, but it's probably newer version according to a build number

inside files which were created on March 15. It should have "Both Slave route and Warlord route finished" update from 28 February 2024.

After that in February 2025 there was only a "MAJOR NWJS Update that should massively improve performance and fix visual glitches from the previous versions".
