Is this the same version you posted on TFGames? Cause that one seems like it paylocks out most of the game beyond a certain point. I can only progress to a certain point in that version. So saying it is complete should contain an asterisks or something...

is it required to change gender of the PC, and can a dude PC get women pregnant, or is pregnancy only of a female PC?

I am not sure if the game really is completed since on tfgs the "Alpha"-Flag and the comment "Characters are still add[ed] to [the] game" suggest otherwise.

Oof, you've gotta love it when a game has the sandbox tag that also includes a walkthrough.
Five minutes into the game and I can already tell that this isn't a true sandbox, it's a CYOA riddled with typos and grammar errors and only a few "choices" actually available to the player so far.
The other concerning thing is the fact that it is listed as completed, but the very first screen of the game indicates that it is far from completed.

Yea it's either not completed or the extra content is paywalled. I've been tracking this game for a while now. I tried the 1.03 "completed" version the other day and could find literally no difference from any previous version from last year. I did see somewhere in the game along the way that it was telling me more content was in the patreon version, but I didn't know if that was a error the dev forgot to remove and update or if it was legit saying most of the content was pay to play. Either way, it didn't make me very pleased.

Chiming in to give my sentiment being the same as bluerubber. Nothing is ever added to this game for free users it appears. Have tried this game multiple times through the past year and the game never progresses.

Hopefully the Patreon money will be used to hire a native proofreader. Just reading the text on the sample pictures made me shudder. I get it if somebody isn't a native writer/speaker but if you ask money for your work, at least have some decent quality.

Little content....this is even the same version on patreon....so if you pay be aware there is no patreon content...
