Potentially interesting, but yeah, the way things are currently setup re:farming is BS. Don't bill this as an idle game when it isn't actually one; by default, this is a fairly active clicker that you can (for a fair amount of punishment) leave idle for a short period of time. Keep in mind that idle games reward attention, they don't punish inattention. If you want to give a boost for active harvesting vs inactive harvesting, that's fine, but it shouldn't be "you looked away at the wrong moment and now an entire field of crops are withered" or "you let a field get auto-harvested and received only a small fraction of the value." There's also, in the current build, no instructions and no clear feedback on if the settlement upgrades and using an animal to work a field are actually accomplishing anything. Your numbers are so small that I have no clue if sinking several hundred gold into, say, crop value or crop growing speed actually does anything.
Edit: Also, the text speed options don't seem to do anything, and for a game with such tight constraints on time (particularly in regards to mushrooms), it's egregiously slow.
