I don't wanna derail the thread, so I'll compare both games:

BitS is linear, with "pockets" of freedom where you can explore a little and find points of interest to interact. There's a narrative going on, and everything else is scripted/crafted around it. So while the quality of those interactive bits (heh) are way higher than most games, they're quite limited.

Delta Zone has no guidance, it's gigantic open maps that you can go into and roam searching for loot (brown boxes mostly that randomly spawn at some areas) while enemies spawn randomly everywhere. You go out of your hideout (the only safe place in the game) and can go back to it after a couple minutes with whatever you could find outside. It's a "open-world extraction-looter-shooter". Your main objective is to find better gear and not get raped/pregnant/killed while doing so.
If you get raped/pregnant there's ways to get rid of it. If you get killed you loose everything in your inventory.

So while BitS have a overall higher quality, it is quite linear and limited in what to do. While Delta Zone, for now, it's too big for it's own sake. The maps are too big with too little worth of going all those ways out exploring for.

As for the sex part:
BitS is Animopron's. That name alone already carries weight that it will be good fucking scenes. But the lack of a way to repeat scenes, and very little interactivity (mostly only the button during sex scenes to see her gaping) kinda makes it more of a "interactive sex adventure" than a proper game. Not being able to control speed or change between the other variations (even if it were a simple fade to black, load the other variation, fade back in) is very frustrating, especially because the animations are so fucking good.

Now Delta Zone has some REALLY cool shit. The character can get pregnant and cumflated. The amount of sex she goes through makes her holes progressivelly gape and throb to various degrees. Her ass can even prolapse if you let it.
When she gets pregnant, it reaches a point where she can give birth. There's a masturbate mechanic that makes her recover sanity, expel/force out cum inside her, and activates the birthing animation when ready.
And the genital animations are superb, her vagina pulses, her urethra pulses a little too and works as it would when she squirt/pee. The vagina is all the way in modeled to the cervix, which can be visible depending on how much you abuse her holes.

And customization:
Both games have some very good amount of it. I really like BitS variety on skin color, glossiness, sweat, areola, and all the 3D parts. She can be quite a range of fuckmeat.
But Delta Zone does the genital customization part SO FUCKING good. You can change clit size and labia size/thickness. And if you make really big IT HAS PHYSICS on the lips. It's fucking hot as fuck to me. I love a beautiful smooth innie with pink folds as much as any other person, but a drooling cum oozing massive gaping pussy with huge hanging beefs get me hard as fuck also.

edit: both games are great, but Beasts in the Sun is a linear adventure game, while Delta Zone is a sandbox with very little variety yet. Both are fucking awesome already for tech-demos, but can become the best sex games ever made if development continues.
Eh, honestly delta zone would be a lot better if it wasn't so bloated. It's a shame cos the stuff you mentioned is pretty cool, along with the clothing damage system, but the actual game surrounding it is feature scope overload and way too overwhelming for a porn game.

Imagine Tarkov but with way loads more jank, more mechanics than you can possibly learn whilst you're thinking with your dick; it's simply overdoing what it should/needs to be (it's a porn game after all). There are like 30 tutorials (which are just huge walls of text) to teach you all the mechanics of the game which you are not going to remember. The game is also really difficult to progress because of how insanely complicated and difficult it is.

Literally the dev could just simplify the combat and mechanics and it would be actually a really decent game, as it's currently only bearable with cheats; but then that removes any sort of feeling of progression or reward for your actions, so it's a double edged sword.

Edit: On a side note, Carnal Instinct & BiTS both do this well by making the actual gameplay loop simple but satisfying enough to keep you entertained whilst not overarching the main focus of the game.

True, it went too far into making a lot of mechanics, but none of them were polished, they're cobbled togheter.
Maybe time will allow the dev to make all of them great eventually, but this lack of focus on any one aspect is what ends killing most projects.

It's not difficult at all, on the contrary is quite easy. The problem is the AI is utter shit. They react too fast, they have absurd amounts of accuracy and infinite ammo, and they ALWAYS spawn in groups. It's a fucking mess, and in my opinion the AI should, now, be the current focus of the project, becaus it will not matter if the game has tons of gameplay mechanics and stuff if the enemies are absurd godlike omnipresent omniscient cheaters.

Yup, Carnal Instinct is quite a cool game. Being able to roam around with a huge dangling horsecock AND fuck others with it is awesome. But it kinda suffers the same problem of BitS in that the scenes are too limited, the camera sucks, and other small things that I'm pretty sure will improve as BitS will too with time and love from the devs.

This is why it's way too difficult, the AI literally spots you across the map when even you can't see them. Then the gameplay mechanics are way too complex adding to the difficulty.

DSS 2.0 should probably fix that, which is the next update iirc. I mean from what I can remember Delta Zone isn't too different to these except there is a bit more fluidity in the integration between the scenes and player, no pre-defined location for the scene.

I sincerely don't think it is complex at all. I think the way the game guides you into understanding it's mechanics are bad (huge walls of text and some youtube videos IN game). I commend the effort the dev took to make those, but a tutorial with step-by-step is in dire need for new players.
Apart from that, you have skills (cyberware) that consume battery. You have items that do exactly whay they say in their Info text. And the gun customization is also just "slap whatever better part you have on you in each slot and be happy".

Everything else is noise. The different ammunitions don't have such a huge difference in stats, some are better for close, some for far. The enemies all work the same way: they'll shoot you, if you get staggered they rape, if not they kill.

And that's that. It's no Tarkov with absurdly complex health system, or hundreds of different magazines that need specific receivers with specific calibers to feed properly, or ArmA, etc.

I really think it's a problem with tutorial and introduction, not complexity, but that's my opinion, I understand yours and what you're saying and also agree.

DZ is not perfect, the scenes can be made to run for a long time in the menu, and then you control with a button when to advance the animations. So it also lacks finer control, for example speed or a way to go back. But it kinda makes sense there since she's being raped, so the player also don't have control. Kinda makes sense looking at it that way, but would be good to also let us have more control over scenes.

With BitS it's kinda strange to not see that level of finer control over scenes from start because it's Animopron, that have already released previously that lara with horse tech-demo, and all those beautiful animations. So one would think logically that, after putting so much time and effort on BitS animations (which again, are beautiful and very detailed for a real-time rendered game so far) that we would have ways to repeat them and see them over and over with more control.

I kinda get that making them choices through the game makes it more replayable, so you would need to do it again to see other results. But for a game, a interactive thing, it gets pretty boring having to redo EVERYTHING over and over again for some very minor variations.

But the gallery for sure will fix this, so we'll have the exploration and story part play, and then we can go into the gallery and watch the animations. Just hope it have a unlock style to it, so that to see a animation you have to unlock it first by seeing it in story mode. So that way you'll keep the "you have to play again" loop, but also give us the reward of being able to watch what we collected after at our leisure.

How do you get the camera angle to lock? it's driving me crazy that the camera angle keeps changing....

Game is stuck no loading screen , task manager not responding what should I do?
First load takes a long time, probably shaders compiling. Just wait.
If that's not the issue, try lowering settings and trying again. Try windowed with a small resolution first, etc...

Guys, I know that most likely my hands are growing out of my ass, but I can't go through the first cave - I just don't understand where and how to jump in to get out of it. Maybe there is some way to jump far?
