"Skeleton Test Build" is just that, a Test build, not EP1 of the game.
"Episode 1 Supporter -v8.1" is the latest version of the game as a whole to download.
"Split" is the same as Episode 1 Supporter v8.1, just split up in 4 parts.

It runs quite bad in VR on a gtx1080 for example so be warned about that, BUT on a 4070 or 4070ti super for example it can run soooo dang well...i can push it even up to 5k resolution PER EYE supersampled!! yep, crazy but doable
