Join the discord server and post video of it with an explanation of what going on. There's a bugs channel. But animo said that a lot of people woth slower computers and also older hardware are having a lot of issues

You don't need to pee exactly into the bowl but see it wet and starting to move. Or may be the FPS. A strong suggestion: aim with the futa dick (medallion)

To solve pee issue on the 2nd puzzle room. make sure that LOCK FPS is UNLOCKED in display options. Tested this and it worked with RTX2070

One of the nipples is in a small island in front of the statue. The other one you have to dive in that lake and enter in a small cave that is near some purple crystals. There you'll find a Futa Angel statue with one nipple.
