Fluids' physics in the scenes are wired to animations directly, so you can't see difference between the same ones on repeat (not even talking about how to change it right in the middle of a scene). Yeah, it will be great if physics of cum & piss would have been written by another way; if you remember, his 1st short movies with Lara have a template of 2006-2010 3d generation software, where it looks much more realistic then afterwards (and as bonus, stay on models).
BTW, during BTQ1 development he posts a test with advanced liquids system, apparently it has paywall\licence behind, because only BTQ episodes have it. Maybe, it just too hard to inject that into the game - so many coding and even more unfaithful but necessary tests, because we have dynamic-controlled scenes and not absolutely directed ones as a movie (well, sure, it can be frame-to-trame optimizely edited\merged, but he's not asian to do that). Although, this is not a main and not a secondary goal of development - test build, pre-alpha supp release, you know, moneyleeking procedure, all of that....
There's no time to experiments right now, just forcing excuses so much.
(Lol, i'm kindly joking, delaying release is not a bad thing since bugs fixing, but although, slacking leads, (you) may forget simple options to do, like optimize your own staff, 'cause it may disappear away, be completely forgotten as not the main part of, because who cares, "it runs smoothly to me").
