Got NG+ to work(too many secrets locks the save), now the only bug is you cant get past this. Since he updated things to stay open, things are already "done" essentially locking you in this little pond.

Maybe a dumb question but, is there any way to download V3 instead of V4? I have collision glitches that I didn't have with V3 during scenes...

Er, what stairs? I found a cave behind the four armed statue but no stairs. And I don't mean the sex robot statue.
Oooo I was thinking of the wrong one, that one seems to do nothing yet.

There is no gallery, so a save wouldn't really give you anything. And NG+ is reportedly bugged sometimes, so it would be easiest for you, to just take 30-40mins and play it. (Just go by walkthrough linked in the OP)

Why you want to waste time downloading it all over again? It's just same game with same animation but add bugfix, you already play the game didn't you?
