Any update/summary of secrets in EP1 V8.1? The full save in the OP says there are 20/10 secrets, so I'm wondering what I'm missing, especially card #12.

Follow these steps below:
1. Go to File Explorer.
2. Click This PC.
3. Select your main drive.
4. Click on Users, select your name or whatever it's called on your pc.
5. Select AppData, go to Local, select BITSv8.
6. Put the save in the Saved folder.
Hope this helps.
These steps are basically the same for any game where you want to add someone else's Save File or extract your own.

In file explorer at the top click on View and then select the box called Hidden Items.
It's really not that deep, and as WICKED mentioned Google is your biggest friend with all this.
As for the Users folder it's located inside the Local Disk

Last pic, top folder is called "Appdata". Do what the comments before said now.

Well, could be something like that. I really hate gatekeeping and assuming things about others, if they lack knowledge about "obvious" things. It is a common thing on forums, BUT...
Hidden folders and the AppData folder are really easy to figure out with just a quick search no matter the OS or the search engine used. So I thought the mate is either under 15, over 70 or never used a pc in their life before.
Just a little funny, if you think about it. I hope he was able to insert the saves.
