It's about time modders and developers with free time teamed up to start a big project. I'm willing to pay €50 for it when it's finished. But that would mean waiting a year for another 10 minutes of gameplay.

I would have started making a game like this a long time ago, but I don't have any modeling skills, and the person I'm doing another project with is clearly not interested in creating 3D porn models

The horse scenes are already there. He made horse scenes years ago for the game and for the minotaur. Those scenes are all scattered on rule34

There is a lot of work, cause the old models were pretty different (and skeletons too) - Horse model especially was much bigger.
I will try to add more scenes, but i don't think i can port everything to the game though (there was some additional objects that were used, and it would look quite strange).

Btw to be serious, it has a point - some of params to change sounds great to, if this is implemented. But not full customisation as heroine, for now we got skin texture and saddle sit, for sure'd be good: dick and balls params (of course somebody already blew about colors\skins like over here), muscular state the same as her ones,.... Horse overall size? Hmm, not good idea, due the morphs of a body (who knows how body parts twists during shrinking, then got it); this would been so good if we somehow had a power to create "shortstack demon pussy" with Lara (because mods cannot fix and even not being tried to elaborate mesh misguiding, so only original size mdl can be there).
P.S.: And of course LWH conversion (probably, he tried full or almost full) in to the game was confirmed as soon as very first preview available for public, so this isn't even a fact, it's the constant.
