you need to use the DeltaPatcher, when you execute the DeltaPatcher
on original file, select the BB exe
on xdelta patch box, you select the xdelta file "beatbangercum-v3.531-windows" inside the "the last bbcum patches" folder
then you apply patch, if everything you did is right, it'll tell that the patch worked

Let's hope if when they do Act 2 Zoe, at least keep her breasts size consistent (and big like in her cutscene, first animation and some illustrations)
those in the sketches are pretty small comparing with her actual breasts size in act 1

Looks like your act.cfg file is named act.bmp. That stuck out a bit, not sure if it's the problem though, having a quick look through the rest of the mod structure.
Also, your meta.cfg file doesn't match the structure:

Can someone just make a fucking mod that skips the levels or something? Or a completed save? I don't want to play this fucking game I just want porn.
F2 and type "dev" to activate devmode, then start a level, play one note, then press the End key. It counts as completing the level and unlocks handsfree mode.

Game updated to 3.7 now. Only real note is that hold notes and jasmine changed. Apparently jasmine is getting new outfits, and out of curiosity I decided to go spelunking in the game for once and rip them out to not bother with the 3 day - week wait. Ngl, new jasmine seems better than old jasmine.
