When the only thing people really want to see worked on is more levels, but those take forever because the UI is being reworked for the umpteenth time, people get a little upset. To many of us, it feels like they're trying to stretch out the development of the game to milk patreon supporters and put off having to come up with something new.
the only good thing about this game is that it properly vibrates the gush 2. havent been able to find any other thing that vibrates that fucker right out the box
You all are just a buncha whining brats, they make the base game, dozens of bonus art pieces, music, voice acting, patching bugs, going back to redo some art and all on top of having lives unlike you miserable fucks, and all y'all can think about is bitching about having to wait for updates. Rome wasn't built in a day people!
That statement is flawed because the new UI update was made while the animation for the new track is in the works, they aren't stretching time they are refining the game while the artist works on the animation because newsflash animation takes a long time no matter how many frames are there.

btw Id like to add that people like zonkpunch, burgerkiss, enokimaru, scratchdex, etc all work alone or in a small team like you guys and make animations of higher quality then what you guys have an in a more timely amount of time like I'm not even kidding some of these guys do like 24 frames hand drawn and yall can't fucking do 5 basic 6 frame animations in a timely manner, some of the animations for claire are still not even shaded and you wonder why people are mad that their paid product isn't progressing. sure none of us have payed for the game but its for a damn good reason

features no one asked for, bonus art no one asked for, voice acting no one asked for, bugs fixes no one asked for, redesigns no one asked for.
4 years in development for 270 frames of animations total not counting the cum mp4s spanning across 6 levels
this is like if we started to build Rome but only built one singular house every years and spent all the rest of the time doing garden work in the parking lot
features no one asked for? yeah i sure do love to navigate the menu with d,f,j,k instead of a mouse.
i can see your point on bonus art, adds a little extra depth but who needs that when we can just have a flat ass game.
i can understands not needing VA. yeah the porn game with no moans, who needs that am i right?
oh you actually dont mind the bugs in the game? odd but sure. i sure as hell would love to play a game that can just wipe all my data on a whim or crash on me whenever doing anything. or better yet, have delayed imputes or animations for the RYTHEM GAME.
no redesigns? hell yeah i sure do love looking at a art made SEVERAL YEARS AGO DESPITE THE NEW STAGES HAVING AMAZING ART.

he has my ass here i actually cant make a excuse for the artist, they took foreverrrr so i cant cope for them. my GOAT derpixion would have the whole game done in a few months tops

None of this drama changes the fact that the controls, ui, and mods are still broken in latest version. last post I made with the bullet points addressed pretty much all of it and almost none of it has been fixed in the 40 days it's been up

and yes, I do still stand by my point that most of these features are pointless though I will admit that the VA was a good choice but I don't think a lot of people was looking for that as a feature at the time might be wrong. as for the bugs... do need to say it? there's 6 FUCKING levels in the game man if the data gets wiped you lose like what? 20-15 minutes? even for like input delay and shit people wouldn't even care that much because they mostly just want to see the art in the game. and for the art Ill just be real I prefer the old art over most of the revision one. Especially with the new animator who makes everything look like expansion art

i personally like keeping my save data because i like being able to just skip straight to zoe's parts without having to deal with replaying the game (i like zoe)
input delay for rhythm games would be hell for one to progress the game, and if they bugs remain they will only worsen as the game becomes more complete. if you just want to see the art dont complain about the game as a whole because its well designed for a game complain about the artist because they take forever. i can respect that you admit you prefer the old art though, im personally digging both art styles but thats me tho
