am i the only one who can't pass the tutorial since donna is unbeatable and it always end with a game over?

You are correct. In the tutorial fight Donna is unbeatable, she just serves to teach the basics of game mechanics you may encounter in battles. Escape Donna for now, and in future updates her full (non-tutorial) fight will be available.
