Normally, I would probably wait for a v0.1 game to develop a little further, but "stat-grinding workplace sexual harassment simulator" is right up my alley, so I wanted to offer some feedback while it's still early.
* You say before the first dialogue choice that people won't know what impact your choice will have, so they just have to use their intuition. Well, that's not really true, because Renpy makes it possible to make a chance and then roll back to try another choice (even if you didn't save your game before the choice, which you can also easily do in Renpy). So if some players are just gonna go for whatever is the best choice anyway, why not validate those players and try to earn their Patreon dollars by doing something like the "walkthrough mods" that a lot of games have (the option to display what effects each choice will have), that's an officially supported part of the game? People can turn it off if they do want to go by intuition, or turn it on if they're the type of player who won't rest until they get the best option for a dialogue choice. I've always felt like a developer should, to the extent that it's practically feasible, let each player have fun their own way. Some developers would be snobbish and disavow the save-scumming, rollbacking players in favor of those who play it the "right" way (which really just means the way the developer personally enjoys most, while being arrogant enough to think there's some objective truth value to their personal preferences). If your goal is to have as broad an audience as possible, then I say welcome those players, and implement the features that modders will probably implement eventually anyway.
* It seems like maybe you're just treating the real-porn as placeholder art, but I would definitely encourage you to get some handmade art for this game sooner or later, if you really want to make a go of it as a business venture and not just something you made for your own enjoyment that you're sharing with people. Keep an eye on the Recruitment & Services forum on this website, for any artists that might be looking to gain some experience working for free. Or maybe set a Patreon goal to hire an artist who could do original art for the game. Either way, you want to get to a point where you can have the possibility of showing the MC actually groping a body with that particular character's face, instead of the generic inserts of random people unrelated to the character you're interacting with. I think people tend to have a certain idea about what type of game it's gonna be when they see real-porn art. I get the sense that you aren't trying to play into those stereotypes (if only because you used Renpy instead of Twine), so steering away from real porn if you can get some free help, or if you have enough subscribers to make hiring someone worthwhile, may be a good way to gain an audience that might be put off by the live-action stuff. I can tell you that if I wasn't playing an early version of this game so I could leave this feedback and hopefully make some impact on the future development of it, I would be pretty instantly turned off by the generic inserts. What's the point of saying "oh, I like how that girl looks, I'm gonna try to make something happen with her," if you don't even get to see her when something happens?
* As someone who enjoys stat-grinding games that start off a little tedious, I wouldn't hate it if completing sales calls wasn't just pressing the "do work" button and getting an automated success in a static amount of time. If you started off kinda bad at it (meaning either some turns doing work didn't result in completed work, or the amount of time it took to do a turn of completed work was longer at first) and then improved as you gained experience, I think I'd find that to provide a nice sense of progression.
* I love Tom Lennon, but that's not exactly the first person I want to see when I'm fantasizing about groping a woman.
* The text tutorial for when you first try to grope a colleague was a bit too much of an infodump for me, I ended up just kinda learning by trial and error. I tend to not retain information if it's thrown at me in text form like that without any practical application. For later versions, you might consider a guided tutorial with a scripted event that walks the player through groping someone and explains the process in smaller, more manageable chunks (interwoven with some kind of sexy situation that illustrates what you're explaining).
* At the end of the tutorial, you say "I will lead you to it." I think you meant "I will leave you to it"?
* I laughed when Christy said, "This is a very serious offense, and I could report this to the police," and then the next thing it said was "You made Julia orgasm 0 times." Not saying you shouldn't present that information (I do really like how transparent this game is with all the stats and stuff), but maybe put text like that in a different color and/or size, so that the player can immediately see that it's just a notification about game stuff, and it doesn't break the immersion.
* It feels a little unrealistic (even from the starting point of a heightened porn fantasy) to do groping actions like spank ass multiple times at once. In the context of workplace sexual harassment, I would imagine spanking like a playful swat as you're walking past someone. Not taking them over your knee and giving a prolonged disciplinary treatment (and if it's not spanking, then you're basically talking about an extended "heavy petting" session). I think it might be better thematically to balance the potential gains of something like that so you don't need to do it as often, and then reduce the number of available actions per round. Or else set it up so that you can only do one action initially, and then later on when they're more warm toward you, it can just be a full-blown makeout session. Because it also doesn't make sense why they would stand around for such prolonged intimate contact (if you don't do stuff that lowers their patience enough for them to run to HR) with someone they just met. "Christy likes boob related stuff" does not explain why she would be okay with a complete stranger touching her boobs. Of course we don't want a game like this to be so realistic that you can't do anything kinky without getting an immediate Game Over, but there should be some basis for suspension of disbelief.
* That being said, I do like the basic framework of having a little trial and error for seeing what kind of stuff they're into. I think it needs some polish as far as believability, but it has some potential.
* I think when you ask if they need help and they don't, that should either not advance the clock or confer the same bonuses as Small Talk.
* Despite that exploit others have mentioned that allowed me to level up the stats so quickly, it doesn't seem like having higher stats does anything at this point.
* Not really sure what the point is of having a small and large hallway. The fewer buttons required to get to a place, the better, in my opinion.
* The fact that gifts don't increase the girls' patience at all is surprising to me.
* Am I correct in my perception that all you can do at this point is give the girls orgasms and not get any yourself?
