HTML - Becoming Prom Queen [v0.7.3] [The Nook Erotica]

It's pretty average. Unfortunately, has the same issues that so many of these sorts of open world games have. Grindy and lack of end game content.
Taking a step back from the negative though, and there's a lot of good going on. The grind isn't all that bad because there's events going on to fill out the days. The stats are honestly pretty fleshed out already, they have meaning and doing different things leads to separate events. There's a nice assortment of characters to choose, and they all have a decent amount of content.
On to the nongeneral negatives. I would like to see a romance/boyfriend route or some sort of blackmail route, that allowed for sex earlier. As it is now, it takes forever to get to any sort of content, and if feels like it's going to go from 0-100 in one day. Adding a route that allows for sex early would still fit, realistically, and help break up the early game grind. Second, the job isn't all that good. If feels tacked on because there needs to be a way to gain money, but none of it seams to matter in the grand scheme of things. Lastly, the UI could use some updates, Actions should have times associated with them so we know how long they will take, and stat changes should be added to the dialog box when applicable. The stats changes do show on the side, but when there is anything like your phone or Instagram being open, then it's really hard to see what goes up or down.
Overall it's a really good game, There's a grind, but it's not all that bad, and there's a lot of early game events to break it up. Very excited to see what's in store in the future!

Probably the best HTML game being produced right now along wit SUP and Blue Swallow (I obviously have a bias towards this type of game but anyway).

It's obviously still has a while to go in development but it already has enough content to warrant multiple playthroughs unlike alot of other games with more updates.

- A lot of diffrent fetishes that are properly realized.

- Hot gifs.

- Activities that really adds to the immersive life sim elements.

There are still some cons but some of them might change through development.

- The game is quite grindy but you can use the sugarcube.state.variable to shorten it alot.

- While I love character customization both the starting character creation and dressing up in different outfits adds nothing to the actual gameplay as of now. I would like it if characters could comment on your clothing or like you more for wearing different types of clothes or having blue eyes or whatever. Like if you wear the QoS panties when you have sex with black men you would get an extra bit of dialogue for a more concrete example.

- On the same topic the artstyle for your MCs appearance clashes really hard with the real pictures of other characters. Something like chosing between real pictures or preferably some sort of AI-generated realistic face face would probably mix better.

But as already said amazing game very much worth a download and keeping an eye out for.

The progress feels much better now. Even if it still takes a while to get to proper sex scenes, there is a lot of good build up to them, and the addition of those social media pics are done much better than in other games - they add value to the slow descent of the character.

I'm bumping it to 4 stars.

Old review for v0.3.1c
The game has a lot of text content - this gives life to the school and the interactions with other characters.

Unfortunately, the game doesn't really work as an adult one - the sexual content is extremely low, and it gets to a point where a slow burn can be too slow and become a turn off.

I got the first sex scene after close to two hours, and it was a bunch of cropped low quality pictures between massive textwalls describing an entirely vanilla scene.

The gameplay itself is repetitive and features the usual senseless grind that plagues HTML games: repeat an action a dozen times to unlock the next step on a path. Rinse and repeat.

There are some random events, but most don't seem to do anything, or maybe they require a yet longer grind to trigger something else.

I only found one bug, and it went away after skipping a day.

I'm giving it three stars because jesus, that's a lot of text, and coding so many different class scenes and chats takes effort. It's honestly unfortunate that the sex content is so scarce and poor, because the dev clearly has the skills to make something better than the usual real porn HTML faux-sandbox.

It's not bad, the content feels like you've got a slow burn going on but just as it gets to where you think content will start happening I realized I hit the end of the development paths.

A lot of the buttons for transitions and the phone etc are too small on a larger monitor, making clicking through the menus slow and tedious. That's half the fault of the HTML game system.

I found the way some of the menus and stats worked nonsensical. Where was I supposed to get media literacy? Why did my school performance keep going down even though I went to class every day? Why was there only a total of like 8 text messages in the whole game"?

On that note, I loved the phone app but it wasn't used nearly enough.

Very well planned game. I love it there are hints which explain if you're to miss some content. Text is not particularly interesting and a bit long from time to time, but the overall game is good. Characters have uniqueness and are interesting. I wish it was a bit more graphical during sex scenes. Good luck to the dev!

Not only full of bugs, this game will shame you for playing it. So far, it has basically no content. All of this can change, but we'll see.

As a demo of concept, this would be great. But for a game started, it is very chaotic. There are some paths, like the Leo sissy path, which can be avoided, but it is unclear if this choice leads anywhere. Many paths lead nowhere, maybe with a future intention, maybe with none. A lot is unclear, when playing the game. Except for bugs. Sometimes the "back" button will not help you escape them, and an emergency escape button is lacking. Playing this game yields no rewards, you know what I mean.

This game has potential. It should not have been released here yet in this condition, but that is not the fault of the dev. It is structured well, but it suffers from a lot of bugs.

Being honest this game in this state doesn't deserve a 4 star rating it is more like 2.5, but it is very early on in development and giving it that kind of rating could hamper it. Wich is not what I want to do, because it has the potential to be a good game. So to the dev, Progress your game and fix the bugs fast, because they are the biggest problem right now.

Not much here yet but so far it's a pretty solid foundation. Some issues here and there with bugs and paths maybe moving a bit too fast but issues I'm sure will be addressed in the future. Also not sure how the multiple beginning paths will ultimately play out in the end but hoping for the best. Again a really solid start.
