Yeah, Mandy can be a pain in the ass sometimes.

Try visiting the bathroom on different days. If you’ve already bumped into Mandy, you’ll need to wait until tomorrow to catch her again. There's a 20% chance she shows up. Just walk in, walk out, repeat a few times. And if nothing’s happening, maybe go to sleep and try again the next day.

If you’re seriously stuck, just send me your save file, and I’ll take a peek for you.
