There was a game I played years back and have been hunting for it again.
1. The game was set in a school environment, and was a management style game.
2. You could name/rename characters as well, the characters were generated and not hard coded.
3. The goal of the game was to build different rooms in the school and teach the students different aspects, much in the vein of slavemaker.
4. It was an older game, very rough around the edges almost like brothel master (the newgrounds vibe).
5. I remember vividly there being a multilevel skill tree for each student that was mirrored across them, with tan circles and a dark purple shading once the skill was purchased.
6. Fairly certain there was magic spells you could cast to overcome resistances and what not.
Games it isn't:
Brothel King
Slavemaker 3
Monster Black Market
Black Market
Monster Club Bifrost
Jack o Nine
Strive: Conquest
Strive for Power
