Unreal Engine - Before the Storm [v0.3b] [Auril]

Review for update 0.3b.

The game is slowly coming to life, quite a few scenes, interesting story that gets straight to the point, big open map with a lot of areas to explore now and in the future, quality sex animations.

Right now I would say that there's only one real issue with the game, and that's the forced resolution scaling that makes things very blurry and pixelated at times, we need an option to disable that in the future.

This being 2024 and to still have a dev only asking for $5/month for complete access to everything, is commendable. I don't know about others but expecting the entire world for that when a lot of devs out there want $10/m and even that with limitations is unreasonable.

Very good so far, one of Auril best updates, really love the atmosphere and the plot the gameplay is not extensive to the point that you just walk, you actually have some freedom to explore, really good experience with the main character actually having some character development cant wait to see more

Another game from auril, not much different from the others. Still early stages but an interesting premise overall. Very big performance issues that will be never fixed (i suppose). Not much a different game from any others she has done. Female protag is good and hpefully will lead tyo many interesting things but wețll see

While the proximity pop-ups are a great addition on instructing new players the basic controls, how to access inventory, and how to save their games.

It's 2024 - present, not 2017. Let's do something fresh with the Whorecraft IP, shall we?
The same problems that's apparent in Blue is Better 2, and subsequently Blue is Better 1, make a return:

• We're of course back to the unstable FPS, getting 35FPS behind foliage, and only 55 FPS in town on Cine/High setting with ray trace disabled
  • 12th Gen Intel CPU, 3070 GPU, DDR4-3200 16GB RAM
• Awkward moaning that cut in and out for 20% of the sex scene.
• The world is so quiet & dead, here are some things that should make sounds:
  • Tauren hooves walking on cobblestone/dirt
  • Leather/Mail/Plate boots walking on cobblestone/dirt
  • Walking into a wooden tavern
  • Being underwater
  • Rustling of trees/bushes/twigs in the wind
• No voice-lined dialogue
• No Gallery
• No Save whenever and wherever you want
• (Maybe beta problem) Quests do not show up in Quest Journal
• After BiB1 and BiB2, we're again shown a static sex scene at 3 different positions with the same thrusting, and jiggly tits before the cum shot.
  • Just looking for a bit more variety in the sex rather than seeing a dude thrust his horse size cock to make the huge tits bounce

Definitely not holding my breath though for some fresh, new take on the Whorecraft universe.
