Secret scene for the 2025 Xmas is:
After you can get to Jaina house. On the right next to the door is a shovel by a snowman.
Head to the top of the stairs overlooking the dock, on your right is the side of a house. By the tree you can use the shovel on a small rock to get a key. Key is for the house at the end of the street where you gave the first two presents.

Is there an Imara scene early as well? There's usually one with her Worgs but nothing triggered in her office for me. We did get a worg scene later though so I do get it.
