People do nowadays mostly use Pony V6 XL, I myself experimented with NoobAIXL and Flux and I still got the best results for this kind of game with Pony, there's also a lot of resources available for Pony to create porn (Loras and stuff).
Still, Pony is really good at creating porn, but I felt like it wasn't so good with backgrounds and stuff, so I use Flux for my backgrounds.
