rpy IS text.
If the file extension is right ("__ugu.rpy", not something like "__ugu.rpy.txt"), then the game will recognize it and load it.
If you need to change the file name, make sure that your windows file explorer is set to not hide known extensions.
Recently my whole game got corrupted and I had to reinstall it, and all my saves are still good but all scenes are locked and I do not know what to do. Can someone please explain how I install this mod? I am dumb, whenever I try to extract it to the "game" file it does not work. Is it suppose to take long or is it instant when extracting? Many thanks.
The file is small , in kb, so it is normal for no pop ups to appear.
just copy paste it in the game folder, make sure you have opened the game once before copy pasting.
Do I copy and paste the whole zip folder or only the scripts folder? I have done both but it takes a long time before anything happens.

Yes, in some scenes it seems to just not take into account the name given by player and goes with some kind of default. In other scenes it will show the player set name. This is a bug in the game code and fixing it requires changes to the code.
I followed the directions and it did not work. For season 3 all scenes are locked. I tried it for season 1-2 and all scenes are unlocked. The file "gallery.rpyc" doesn't exist cause I thought that was the problem. I tried replacing the file "gallery.rpy" but no luck. Any idea on why its not working?
Can someone please upload the .rpy file in a rar? It won't let me convert the file.

no need to convert. You only need to name it properly.
Right click the link, select "save as". That should work.
If you open it, your browser will open it as text file and most likely save it whith a ".txt" extension, which then is hidden by Windows by default. In order to be able to remove it, you must go to the Windows explorer options,
uncheck "hide known file extensions" option.
Okay, but how does it work then? Because I changed the name, I put it in the "game" folder, but the scenes are still blocked.
