I just opened the game to check it for you, but on the load I went I'm on Jill path already, DPC the dev is a sneaky "bastard" in the code lol and in the choice detected doesn't appear a condition with URM but it exist like Sancho mod says.

What is confusing is the requirement for "fight for Jill" because for my Jill path playthrough I was always on a Chick affinity and that is the correct one for her, no idea why it says DIK affinity, also that option is available in this playthrough because I'm already on her path as you can see on Sancho mini stat and I got the episode 6 Jill lewd scene and its variable to true.

What you can do is manually change that variable with URM variable search like I did in the screenshots bellow.

Also with URM from the 1st screenshot, you always can hit select on the choice "fight for Jill" even if is hidden/greyed out, like probably is your issue right? If you need any help with URM you can ask me here or in a private conversation, URM at start isn't very user friendly but with a few practice is like riding a bicycle hehe.
Yea, it was very confusing for me too, especially when all the times for Jill you had to be CHICK affinity
I really appreciate it that you helping me, I did download the MOD and replaced the DIK affinity with CHICK affinity and everything is fine now.
Now you have sent this photo, I'll change it as your's, and yes URM MOD is confusing but it's so good I loved it already.

No its not haha I'm also dumb at times but I edited in the previous post, what Affinity Dik means is that the requirement you can't be in the Dik affinity lol I miss Sancho mods and Sancho himself, he is a great dude with the best informative mods, no one will ever reach his level of modding imho, and out of practice with his mods since he went MIA that was why I forgot what it meant the affinity Dik hehe.

Brothers, am I the only one that doesn't see the download link for s03?
Unless you have the season 3 version v0.10.1 it is pointless to use Sancho mod on season 3 because Sancho is missing and not updating any of their mods for over 1 year and we all doubt that he ever comes back. And with the following versions you will need the SaveFixer anyway and play unmodded or with the other author mod available from scrappy, that was what I did, still using the SaveFixer and probably until the game finishes unless I decide to start a new playthrough without Sancho mod. So just better you don't even bother with the season 3 sancho mod really.

Even if you use the season 1&2 mod, you actually need to use the SaveFixer in the OP on season 3 or your saves transferring from S1&2 will get borked and even with the SaveFixer some few variables won't get defined and you need a fix that is some pages back in this same thread that a member made themselves, it is just a simple rpy file that will set some variables to their default state and then the game will read whatever your saves have set on those same variables.

You have my thanks, brother! I will check the scrappy mod out or go unmodded. Peace.
