It's a good game, you could see that the developer put a lot of effort into it, but the story and characters were the points that made me give up on my gameplay due to boredom. It's a game that focuses more on storytelling and drama, it's not a game for everyone.
My review will have spoilers.
NEGATIVE POINTS;
STORY: The story is detailed, consistent and realistic, but it's boring and you often find yourself skipping the dialogues, because a lot of it is just unnecessary drama, drama that, most of the time, doesn't impact the story as a whole, and with that we'll get to another point.
CHARACTERS: The female characters in this game are well-constructed, but they live in constant drama, and again, drama that most of the time is nothing major and doesn't add anything to the overall story. The female characters that save themselves and have the right amount of drama are Isabelle, Jade, Quinn and all the secondary HOTs.
• Jill, Maya and Josy: The most annoying and unnecessary characters in the game. They are characters who only create problems, create drama (a lot of drama), and if they were removed from the story, things would be better. The scenes with them are boring and tedious and, on top of ALL THAT, Maya and Josy make the protagonist look like a fool and the game FORCES you to accept and forgive this and, ON TOP OF THAT, the game directs you to them again many times.
SEX SCENES: If you are going to play the game thinking that there will be countless sex scenes and that you will form a harem, I regret to inform you, but you won't. The sex scenes in this game are mostly "crumbs of sex" and provocations, hidden behind a lot of drama and unnecessary dialogues, and in many cases, when you are going to be with the character, something happens in the middle and the scene ends, which is extremely frustrating.
POSITIVE POINTS;
GAMEPLAY/MINIGAME: This is a Ren'Py game that has Freeroam at certain times. The game's strongest point is the minigames, which are creative, engaging and make you want to play, especially the fighting system (which unfortunately is rarely used in the story).
FREEROAM: The Freeroam in this game is extremely good. The protagonist has a working phone where you can access minigames, access social networks to interact with other characters. There are also contacts where you can send messages or call, and you can request services from characters. There are also collectibles and secrets in the scenario, which is cool.
DETAILS: The game's details are also another strong point and show the developer's dedication and effort. Choices in this game matter, even the smallest ones. Depending on how you treat someone or respond to someone, that person can help or harm you with other characters in the future.
MUSIC: Another highlight, the songs are well chosen and bring immersion.
