Well I tried to help another member (in a private conversation since plenty of things are off topic and extensive hehe) with the same issue in that frame and we tried several things including that save fix and nothing worked, still kept getting the crash after that dialogue. So I told them to put URM and when get that dialogue see if there was a path detected, and there it was, appeared this


It doesn't appear any path detected on my saves in that scene, and probably that is the trigger to crash, that variable should be True/False and not None, I told them to try to change it with URM or Console but they didn't replied further so I still have no idea what that is or how can be fixed, I think those save file(s) used are borked and have no knowledge or renpy/code enough on how to fix it. Maybe someone else can give further and better help with more knowledge.

That fix was only a temporary solution (and only for those who did not want to use the scrappy mod anymore), the newest version of the scrappy mod solves the problem in that scene (the game developer has set a check whether the player is using the walkthrough mod and if so, the game closes).

Does the mod do this for episodes 1 - 9 also? Because I used this mod for all episodes and I don't remember all paths and all lewd content being accessible during gameplay. Yes, the mod can unlock all scenes in the replay gallery but I'm talking about during gameplay. If the mod allows this for episodes 1 through 9 then I'm not using the mod correctly. I understand that there's a separate mod for each season and installed the correct one for each season. Please instruct on proper use.

yes the mod does show all the paths and it unlocks all the lewd scene for all but its like from 1 to 8 then 9 to 10 and if scappy mod for episode 11 multiple paths done you can play one walkthrough include all the branches with everything from 9 to 11

Yes you can disable the walkthrough mode, just look at the cheat menu the option is there

Yep that was my thought at the time that was why I asked several times if they were applying/installing correctly the mod since it should fix/delete that code (that I am seeing for the first time, rarely I look into the source code of a game besides what URM let me) and their answer was yes, that wasn't the first time they played this game with the mod installed in other versions and that the game had on the main menu the "scrappy's Mod installed" thingy.

The first thing that comes to mind is that they have the wrong update11.rpy file in folder \game\scripts\episode11, or it doesn't exist at all.

This is my final assessment of the """harem""" feature in this mod:

I'm playing the AVN slowly, but finally, I reach ep11, and I'm trying to keep up with the harem thing - but the mod fuel is over in the ep11 so is up to you to keep changing the variables.

Messing with the variables - thanksgiving with Nail (introducing the MC girlfriend to his father)

I don't recommend anyone to use all routes at the same time (fake harem). It's great because you have a huge amount of content, but on the other hand, there's zero immersion, even with Scrappy mode working without the need to touch on the variables.

Pretty much this, it was never a harem to begin with. It's just like mc existing in a different timeline dating one at a time, but experiencing everything at once. Again that's also the reason I need that shit . Not gonna sit through hours after hours of pointless gameplay and shit that I have been through before just to see the events on other paths. Not to mention repeating this for a few more times for the paths that I'm interested in.

It was a failed experiment to try to stand the increasing drama that started after ep8, everyone fucked... It will not take long until DPcake burns a house to kill some LIs, I tell you.

The mod works all the way through from start to finish, however trying to do a "harem" playthrough has caused issues since episode 9 and, with the way the game is branching, it is unlikely to ever work again. The main purpose of the mod (walkthrough/cheats) functions perfectly.

ty how long ago was episode 9, ws it about 18months-2 years ago? Because that's when I stopped playing due to this issue.

In addition, Brawler disappears as an option after quitting the minigame or doing the Dwayne scene as well.
