Well, thats kinda my point: Emma is not a love interest of the MC. As in, not at all: not a side or minor love interest or even a unrecognized one-sided love interest (like Emma's sister whose advances the MC seems oblivious to). The MC shows no interest in Emma, and Emma shows no interest in the MC. There was a budding love between Oliver and Emma, which is why the MC says something along the line of "oh poor Oliver, how will take this?" - but nothing about himself.
Now, if you wanna say "oh but *I* think Emma is hot and would like the MC to have a relationship with her", that's fine but nothing in-game supports that the MC feels that way. The distinction between player and MC is important, cause otherwise nobody but the MC would be allowed to have ANY relationship. I mean, there are games like that (making all other males old, gay or non-existent). But that's far beyond the definition you quoted.
I get what you mean, but check the comment from

Im not gonna portray the devil on the walls but if he is right then Im not wrong if I say that the "NTR avoidable" counts only for this so called LI -> which will came much later in the story and therefore since these others arnt called "LI" by the story/author -> everything goes aka they getting fucked dosent count as NTR IF we follow this logic, right ?
But that brings back to my previous thought, which is not specific for this game regarding but can still used in such:
-Where lets say you have "side" characters who are constandly in the story and have these scene, we are speaking about 50-90%.
-Where the Antagonist have the most focus on story AND sex.
-Where the "side" or "main" girls got fucked much earlier and constandly by either other males or the antagonist.
-> Does this automaticly count as NTR ?
Technically no because as some pointed out, technically they werent in a relationship, respectively MC didnt had these feelings for said character. But if this changed during the game ? Does this wont play in the judgement of the player, which the whole "creating jealousy" comes up ?
And what if she looked it through the fetish perspective, which for a porn game is obvious. Whats so "important" for the others having sex, if not the MC when we are playing it ? -> Voyurism, and if the story is about the heavy NTR I read in the comments the question answear itself.
By all means, if this is the standart, either here on this site or universal (?), ok for me but how do you adress it then as such what we have here ? Voyurism focus since MC dont care. But what about the female best friend and mother of MC ?
It turns out they are sexually invovled with others AND the antagonist, which brings back to my point about "Mother NTR."
But then I suppose it is not a wonder that people get confused and will probably keep asking the same questions and confuse this. Anyway, from the previous comments and what hitmanbhi said this will be a ntr game one way or another with the difference you can keep that one girl to yourself while the rest stays the same. Nothing for me and if such is in development then its great for their fans, but personally I see why people get confused when they see "NTR avoidable" but then turns out its not the case at all.
