I'm looking for some 2D stuff now I got bored of the 3D anime/bland ugly realistic and poorly aged graphics of 3D porn games. The charm of 2D can't be beat. What would you recommend as the best 2D animated game? That means animated sex at the least.
Preferably that can be played....one handed. A girl doesn't want to get her keyboard messy.

I'm fine with NTR, Rape, Interracial, Female Protaganist, Furry, Incest, etc.

Good ol' games from KISS were amazing, handrawn but no animations...

XX na Kanojo no Tsukuri Kata - you make a girl and get her on dates to different places that you unlock and fuck her and unlock many positions and "fetishes", goal is to completely unlock the town (with different buildings that give better results at dates) and completely unlock all positions with her and make her a lewd girlfriend. IIRC there was a 2nd instance of this game.

Custom Reido series - especially the last one, Custom Reido V with the latest expansion pack. In this one you chose between young or mature girls and you had to train them and raise their stats so they become different types of fetishits (or take some time and unlock it all) and IIRC you could sell them or let them go at a price, you were some sort of school principal and you had to pay a debt so you had to pimp the girls you trained. There were lots of customization options and the game was pretty good tbqh.

Kasumi Rebirth, Rogue-like, if you're into parodies or tentacles Zone (or FYC if you like LoL), touching sims by KooooN Soft or niiCri, if sprites are fine probably most of these (in free/gallery mode at the very least) and of course Degrees Of Lewdity and Violated Heroine (look for the "referata" web page or on 4chan), the only one I explicitly remember featuring male stimulation in an equal capacity is Rack and it's mostly furry.

Note most of these are single-scene flash games with no real story or progression past unlocking the "cum" button. Rogue-like has a self-insert excuse plot but at least respects the fact X-(wo)men have powers and Violated Heroine actually has a decent first arc but is very unfinished and most of the animations are RPGM sprites.

It might be better if you elaborate on your preferences though. Art styles vary a lot (can you enjoy sprite/pixel art? I personally do but cannot stand Meet'n'Fuck, maybe you really like torso-sized melons instead...) as do gameplay concepts (for example visual novels tend to be trivial to play one-handed but I don't know any animated ones) and if you're into any particular kinks or fetishes those might be worth compromising on the art quality for (Zone is the God of Tentacles either way but certain studios specialise in sleep-petting or heavy torture for example).

slice of venture is an amazing series with all fetishes incest, bestiality, loli, shota , watersports, filth.....
its has pretty good story but mini games are a hard obstacles sometimes, the help of a good guide book is needed.

bones tales manor is my another favourite, also summer time saga and incestral awakening.

also checkout daily lives of countryside, worth vibed game.
