There's three games I can heavily reccomend:
Alien Quest Eve
What this side-scroller has to offer over all the other hundreds of them is the art. It is one of the main reasons I ever bothered playing porn games. Granted, the gameplay is somtimes kinda.. eh..
Rignetta's Adventure
Very simple, but very effective. It's a top-down shooter where you fight off a bunch of mostly female monsters.
Karryn's Prison
Karryn's Prison is by far the most innovative RPGM I've seen on this site. However, it is probably the least beginner friendly game in existence. You're going to need to search for tips in the thread there.
