I would like to know which are the best games but not the usual Summertime Saga, Man of the House, Milfy city etc.

That's a loaded question. There are so many facets to what makes a "best game", not to mention the range of kinks and fetishes, that you are gonna get a list of like, 70 games, all of which vary wildly. You may want to be more specific if you are basically looking for recommendations.
