I'm not sure if this is the right area to ask this, but I've been looking for something really specific, and I can't find the sort of thing I'm looking for anymore. I love games with a really heavy and dark sort of atmosphere over games that are based around explicit sex. Games, or games that can be modded to be like this, where there are constant threats against my character, and the possibility of noncon scenes at any moment, but they can be avoided, and the game itself doesn't feel like porn moment to moment. I don't like games with skimpy outfits or things like that. I'm also looking for a game based around playing one character myself who is the victim over a sim or a game where you're the aggressor. The inclusion of dialog based threats or the possibility of something awful happening during normal gameplay is much more enjoyable to me than games that are based around explicit sex scenes alone.
I'd really like to play a modded zomboid, but I'm waiting for the new stable version to come out so the zombies will work as aggressors. That's the perfect example, though. One wrong move and my character can be surrounded and stripped, but I can feasibly play for hours without anything sexual happening. It's more about the feeling of dread, for me. I also really like the one mod for new vegas that adds dialog, and the bits in the legion camp or primm where my character is sexually threatened without sex ever needing to actually happen. I'm really fond a dance with rogues, too, if anyone is familiar with that, but I can't get it to run with the new version of neverwinter nights.
Does anyone know any good games like that, that are easy to mod and maybe a little text heavy? I've played some modded skyrim and NV, but there's a few too many moving parts for those to really work in the way I'd like for them to. I don't need anything complicated at far as visuals, the simple animations in the zomboid mod are more than enough for me, and in a dance with rogues it fades to black and is entirely text based.
