Not Finished:
Young Again Looks like the next update will finally be the one where we get to fully hook up with the mom after only teasing for like 12 chapters.
Above the Clouds Still only some relationship building with mom but it's one to watch for. It seems like mom will be the cherry on top of the game.
Ripples Still, no heavy content with mom, but there have been some good moments.
Motherless Don't let the name fool you, you have several moms in this between two adopted moms, the bio mom, and a stepmom... there is a lot of moms to go around and none of them give it up right away. This is the only one of the unfinished games with full sex with a mother.
Bright Lord It's a sort of corruption game and the mom can be a bit annoying at times but there are a few good moments with her though no full penetration yet.

Sisterly Lust Very good in the build up with mom, 100% recommend.
Spring City Good game, has lots of stuff going for it, recommend playing with the walkthrough/cheat mod, but may not be for everyone.
