What are some games, Indie or Commercial with an Focus on getting to the Porn, or rather have mechanics/gameplay to unlock it ?
By that i dont mean RPG/SRPG like from Alice Soft or Eushully, who are pretty fun to play, but getting to the Sex doesnt realy involve an own Mechanic, you just play an SRPG untill an notice pops up to view an Event CG.

It is a great game aslong you focus on the story girls with there own events.
I also love the school system and the idea of corrupting people by small change's to the lessons encourging them to think being a slut is normal and great.

Depends how "easy" they are. Sometimes you have to work for it, and even then the end result might not be what you wanted.

Ignoring everything here related to objectifying women and things like that, two games I'd add which, let's be honest, even if people don't like them for being RPGM games, they at least are fun and interesting, are Harem Collector by Bad Kitty Games and The Last Sovereign by Sierra Lee, not surprising anyone.

The Last Sovereign really only has sex through text, much like Free Cities or games like TiTS, but it feels like they come around naturally. Your character doesn't just sleep with women throughout the game because he feels like it, but there's a backstory to what's happening, and there was a degree of setup hinting at it.

On the other hand, Harem Collector is more "to-the-point" and someone somewhere may be offended by it, but damn if the game doesn't do a good job of laying on the satire. If TLS is a protagonist who begrudgingly works to save a world he's been isekai-d to (so, Naofumi I guess...), then HC would be another protagonist, but chooses to live however he wants to while helping people as long as it advances his personal goals. The game does a great job of making fun of game elements from different franchises, player choices, and just mimicking some of the player's thoughts as well. Also, the game is kinda in a weird limbo-state in terms of art rn, transitioning from 3D to 2D portraits and sex scenes, but that shouldn't detract from the overall performance

Games that have you repeat the same scenes over and over to unlock new ones is not really engaging. It doesn't really feel like progress, just repetition. It's like stretch content to take longer for no apparent reason. I'm a fan of rpg type of games, and rather like scenes to unlock as part of progress of the story. Calls for more of actual story telling by the creator though.

Also, there is not always a hero, or a villain, can be something in between. Not all players want to play as a pure hero either. Games a lot about fantasy and immersion. If you see someone play like d&d or similar board games, not every player around the table want to play a goody two shoes Paladin etc. Just because you assume a persona in a game, doesn't reflect who you as a player is in real life.

the game loses it's charm once the player set into grinding one thing to unlock the rest of the game.
The best combination of course is shopping + leveling. there's something extremely satisfying in spending time on improving your avatar or team little by little to the point that no enemy can stand in your way and nothing that you can't afford remains.
